Why Our Equipment Fits
Centerless thru-feed is a production process by design, which is what a metering program needs: 0.0001 inch on diameter and roundness under 0.0001 inch, held lot after lot, on diameters from 0.125 to 4 inch. Ten centerless machines means a standing program does not queue behind a one-off. Honed and ground bores to 0.0002 inch and 8 Ra handle sealing and bearing surfaces. Inspection runs under a documented ISO 9001:2015 system and we will work to your sampling plan and your paperwork rather than ours.
Materials
300 series and 17-4 PH stainless, brass and bronze, hardened steel, and engineering plastics. Instruments that see aggressive media or high temperature move to Monel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, or Inconel, and we hold the same tolerances on all four that we hold on steel.
